  The usefulness of these sites make them popular. However, social networking sites are bad for our society since they make students receive lower grades and entice people to waste their time. 

   

    A social networking sıte ıs a website which allows people to share informatıon and sociallıze over the the internet. Facebook, Instagram and Twıtter are some notable examples of social networking sites.People can use these sites to find theır friends with whom they have not communicated for a long  time.

                                                      

To begin with,students  who are heavy social media users tend to have lower grades since they are always bothered with social media they do not have time to study. Even if they, study they are always distracted by the social media.Thus, they cannot concentrate and study properly. As a result of this, students who keep using the social media are more likely to have lower grades and social networking sıtes entice people to waste their time.
